3 ingredient Vegan Ice cream

Today I’m sharing my recent favourite homemade 3 Ingredient Vegan Ice Cream. With temperatures rising to new highs in north India I am literally obsessed with this one now a day. It has zero sugar and No cream. And you know what it’s healthy and Nutritious. This wholesome ice cream has decent amount of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals from mangoes dates and peanut butter. I can’t recommend enough for you to try this recipe soon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/4th cup of 100% natural peanut butter
  • 7-10 soft dates

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients in mixer blender and grind the mixture well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, tap and spread evenly.
  • Set in freezer for min 6hours to Overnight.
  • That’s it your 3 ingredients delicious healthy vegan ice cream is ready to Enjoy.

This dairy free ice cream is so creamy and delicious and also it is perfect for weight watchers.

You can always top it up with nuts and seeds for that extra crunch.

You can serve to kids without any guilt of extra Sugar and preservatives. For kids you can add melted dark chocolate or chocolate chips or sprinklers. Kids will Enjoy this healthy home-made Ice cream.
