Easy, quick and delicious Storable Snacks. 4 Fun Ways to Make them more Nutritious. Best Snacks for Kids and Adults

3 Simple Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Makhana
  • 1/4 Cup Wild Pure Honey / Jaggery syrup
  • 1/2 Cup 100% Natural Peanut Butter

    Optional Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds / Til
  • 3-4tsp Coldpressed coconut Oil

    Directions :
  • Roast 2 Cups of Phool Makhana in a pan
  • Once almost done, add sesame seeds ( Optional)
  • Add to grinder to make a powdered mixture
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl
  • Add honey and peanut butter
  • Mix well to make a dough like structure
  • Roughly Divide the dough in four equal parts

    First Version Candy Love
  • In a bowl add 1 Tbsp of Beetroot powder into the dough
  • Add 1-2 tsp cold pressed coconut oil or desi ghee
  • Mix well until nicely combined
  • This one is my kid’s favourite

Second version Emerald Green

  • In another bowl add 1 Tbsp Moringa Powder into the dough
  • Add 1 tsp Cold pressed coconut oil or desi ghee
  • Mix well until nicely combine
  • Use a mould or Simple make small fist size ladoos from the mixture
  • Silicon ice cubes setter tray
  • Fill the cavity with small bites of the mixture
  • High nutritious with slightly earthy and raw flavour

Third version Choco Treat

  • Mix 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder to plain mixture
  • Add 1 tsp Cold pressed coconut oil or desi ghee
  • Mix well until nicely combine
  • Fill the cavity with small bites of the mixture
    Most liked one in my house

Fourth: Natural Beauty

  • Lastly, keep the last portion plain and simple
  • Fill the plain dough in cavity
  • Pop the tray into the fridge for minimum 40 min to 4 hours
  • De mould the beautiful bites or Burfi’s
  • Enjoy for snack or as sweet
  • Impress your guest during the festival season
  • Store these in fridge for up to 10 days
