High Protein and Fiber Roti

Usually, we consume chapatti made from whole wheat flour, or in this new era, we have also started consuming chapatti made up of various flours such a ragi, Bajra, sattu, etc.

INGREDIENTS

2.Whole Wheat Flour2 cups

4.Roasted Cumin PowderLittle

6.Red Chilli PowderAs required

8.WaterAs Required

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixer, add sprouts and little water as required to make a paste.
  2. In a bowl mix all the up-listed ingredients (whole wheat flour, spices, sprouts water).
  3. Knead the mixed ingredients into dough.
  4. Let it rest for some time.
  5. Divide the dough into portions.
  6. Roll them with the help of a rolling pin.
  7. And now ultimately cook the chapatti on high to medium flame on both sides with the help of a pair of tongs.
  8. Grease it with some homemade desi ghee.
