Post Meal Digestive Drinks: Most Effective Weight Loss Teas

1st Tea: Ginger and clove Tea

Ingredients:

2CloveOne
3Water1 cup
4JaggeryPinch
5Lemon JuiceFew drops
GINGER CLOVE TEA INGREDIENTS

Directions:

  • Crush Ginger and Clove.
  • Add water to a pan.
  • Heat the water, once it starts to boil add Crushed Ginger and clove.
  • Let the tea Simmer for 45 Sec to one minute.
  • Switch off the heat and cover the pan.
  • Let the pan sit for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add jaggery and mix well.
  • Strain the Tea.

2nd Tea: Ajwain & Black Salt Tea

Ingredients:

1Ajwain Seeds1/4 tsp.
2Black/pink saltPinch
3Water1 cup
4JaggeryPinch
5Lemon JuiceFew drops
AJWAIN AND BLACK TEA INGREDIENTS

Directions:

  • Rub or Crush Ajwain seeds between your hands.
  • Add water to a pan.
  • Heat the water, once it starts to boil add Ajwain seeds.
  • Let the tea simmer for 45 Sec to one minute.
  • Switch off the heat and cover the pan.
  • Let the pan sit for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add pink salt, jaggery and mix well.
  • Strain the tea.
  • Add drops of lemon juice.

NOTE:

  • Consume sip by sip when still warm.
  • Drink 30-40 min post meal.
