Ingredients

Directions

  • In a bowl, add boiled potato and low-fat paneer, and mash them nicely.
  • To it, add greens including methi and Bathua.
  • Add onion, corns, and spices to the bowl as well.
  • Mas and mix everything well with the help of a spoon or even bare hands.
  • Now divide the mixture into small portions and roll them out into small balls.
  • In a pan, add water, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and desi ghee.
  • Give it a nice boil, and then add rice flour to it.
  • Continuously mix and stir it until all the water is evaporated.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • And using water, knead it with the help of your hands.
  • Now divide the dough into small portions, fill it with the mixture.
  • And roll them nicely.

  • Place the balls in a steamer, cover it with a lid and let it cook.
