Hello Ms.Malik
I love your Channel! I recently just started focusing on my own health that i have put on hold for more then 15 years taking care of the family 1st. My question is that in this topic you explain that the benefits of methi but also have listed that people with thyroid issues consult a doctor(I have hypothyroid). but on your youtube channel from Satvanti Singh she shows her “Magic Powder” which is a beneficial for weight loss and thyroid. I am a bit confused now about this, is it good for people with thyroid and that want to loose weight or no.
thank you
Hello, request a clarification. One one side you have suggested that methi Dana consumption is helpful in reducing BP and diabetes, however in the last section suggested that we should avoid it if under medication. Can you please confirm.
Yes, if you consume it solely for medicinal purpose and in large quantity it can interfere with the medication you are on. hence, it’s best to consult with your doctor or physician before starting it.
I have been trying the fenugreek seeds by soaking them first and then adding a tbsp to my rice or soup. Would I still get any benefits from eating it this way? Please advise.
