Method 1 : Cumin seeds infused water
- Instructions
- Heat 2.5 to 3 litre water in a pan
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Bring it to boil
- Cover it and leave it overnight to infuse
- Next morning, Drink this water the whole day, instead of plain water
- While having it, you can keep the seeds in the water
Method 2 : Cumin tea for better digestion
- Instructions
- Take 250 ml of water in a pan
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds in the water
- Start heating the pan
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer
- Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes
- Strain and tea and have it warm
- Add lemon juice and honey for taste
- Foe more effect, you can add one pinch of turmeric and black pepper in the tea
