Here is another “Ready to eat probiotic breakfast” which can be prepared a night before or the same day. The best thing about it is that it doesn’t requires any cooking. Probiotic breakfasts are a great way to start the day as probiotics are good for the gut, and keep you feel light throughout the day.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh curd3/4 cup
Homemade granola3/4 cup
Jaggery powder1.5 tsp.
Cocoa powder2 tsp.
Peanut butter1 tsp.
Semi dark choco chipsSome
RaisinsSome
Soft dates3
Almonds4-5
Coconut milk/ plant milk50 ml

DIRECTIONS

  • Firstly, strain the water out of the curd with the help of a sieve.
  • Whisk the hung curd to smoothen its consistency.
  • Hung curd is now ready.
  • Now add peanut butter to it, and mix well.
  • Now you can add cocoa powder and jaggery powder to it and mix well.
  • Add Choco chips, almonds, raisins and keep mixing.
  • If the consistency is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of plant milk to even it out.
  • For assembling, take a glass.
  • Add a layer of granola at the bottom.
  • And now add a layer of prepared mixture, and top it off with some more granola.
  • Repeat the same step again, and your healthy probiotic breakfast is ready to eat.
  • Garnish it with some more choco chips and nuts.
