Ingredients:
- 2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds / Saunf
- Pinch of pink salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 400ml water
- Few drops of lemon juice
Directions:
- Add water to a pan
- Add fennel seeds & curry leaves
- Once the water starts to boil, reduce heat
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes
- Switch of the heat & add salt & black pepper
- Cover & leave overnight
NEXT MORNING - Strain the water through sieve
- Add some lemon juice & mix
- Don’t prepare on store in batches
- Consume 20 min post your regular morning lukewarm water
