Summer Morning Drink

Sharing Today Healthy Morning Drink. Made with Simple, easily available ingredients. Drink to Boost digestion, metabolism and energy levels. Drink that will sooth your stomach in summers.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds / Saunf
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 400ml water
  • Few drops of lemon juice

Directions:

  • Add water to a pan
  • Add fennel seeds & curry leaves
  • Once the water starts to boil, reduce heat
  • Simmer for 1-2 minutes
  • Switch of the heat & add salt & black pepper
  • Cover & leave overnight

    NEXT MORNING

  • Strain the water through sieve
  • Add some lemon juice & mix
  • Don’t prepare on store in batches
  • Consume 20 min post your regular morning lukewarm water
  • Don’t eat anything for next 30-40 minutes
