Quick High Protein Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup soaked Suji
  • 1/2 Cup grated Tofu
  • 1 Cup chopped mixed veggies
  • Salt & Seasoning as per choice

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • Heat little oil in a pan
  • Spread the mixture evenly and cover the pan
  • Cook from both side on low heat for 4-6 minutes or until done
