No Eggs, No Milk, No Sugar & No Flour
Tasty Easy to make Vegan Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder ( unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3-4 Soft Dates ( Jaggery/ Khand)
- Dark Chocolate ( 70%) optional
- Walnuts 2-3
- Water 1 Tbsp or as required
Directions:
- Chop some Dark Chocolate Combine banana, cocoa Powder, peanut butter & Dates into a blender, add little water, blend until smooth, Chop walnuts for topping
- Transfer blended mixture into a microwave safe tray / bowl
- Add topping & tap to level evenly and Microwave for 2:30 minutes, Remove from the microwave & wait for 2 min
