Almond Chocolate Bites

Homemade Almond Chocolate Bites Recipe. Each bite is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and a hint of natural sweetness. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free. Easy to make at home, great for snacking, gifting, or enjoying as a quick energy boost. Suitable for both kids and adults.

Ingredients:

  • Almonds 60g ( approx 1/2 Cup)
  • Dark Chocolate 75g
  • Almond Butter 2 Tbsp
  • Raisins 2 Tbsp
  • Honey ( 1-2 Tbsp)

Directions :

  • Dry roast the Almonds on low heat
  • Break the chocolate
  • Add chocolate & Almond butter to a bowl
  • Once almonds are roasted add raisins
  • Transfer the roasted almonds on to a flat surface
  • Let cool slightly
  • Roughly chop roasted almonds and raisins
  • Use double boiler or Microwave at 30 Sec intervals to melt the mixture
  • Once nicely melted, add Chopped almonds & raisins
  • Mix well to make sure nuts are nicely coated in chocolate
  • Add honey or other natural sweetener as per requirements
  • Transfer the mixture in a tray or mould to cool
  • Set for 40 min to few hours in fridge
  • Take out from mould or slice it into small pieces
  • Super healthy Crunchy Chocolate
