Homemade Almond Chocolate Bites Recipe. Each bite is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and a hint of natural sweetness. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free. Ingredients:
- Almonds 60g ( approx 1/2 Cup)
- Dark Chocolate 75g
- Almond Butter 2 Tbsp
- Raisins 2 Tbsp
- Honey ( 1-2 Tbsp)
Directions :
- Dry roast the Almonds on low heat
- Break the chocolate
- Add chocolate & Almond butter to a bowl
- Once almonds are roasted add raisins
- Transfer the roasted almonds on to a flat surface
- Let cool slightly
- Roughly chop roasted almonds and raisins
- Use double boiler or Microwave at 30 Sec intervals to melt the mixture
- Once nicely melted, add Chopped almonds & raisins
- Mix well to make sure nuts are nicely coated in chocolate
- Add honey or other natural sweetener as per requirements
- Transfer the mixture in a tray or mould to cool
- Set for 40 min to few hours in fridge
- Take out from mould or slice it into small pieces
