Creamiest Hot Chocolate

Sugar Free, Nutritious, easy to prepare, and perfect Winter Drink. Cozy beneficial energising drink. Shuuu away the winter blues with best comforting drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp dark chocolate
  • 1-2 Soft Dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Five Spice mix (nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, clove, star anise, black pepper, (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1-2 tsp soaked quick oats (secret ingredient)

Instructions

  • Arrange all spices (nutmeg, ginger powder, paprika, cinnamon powder, clove & black pepper)
  • Break chocolate with a knife (99% dark chocolate)
  • Add some milk in a blender
  • Pour rest small saucepan
  • Combine dates, soaked oats, cocoa powder & pure vanilla extract in blender
  • Blend the mixture until smooth
  • Heat the milk over low to medium heat until warm but not boiling
  • Add all spices & dark chocolate in milk, stir well to mix
  • Transfer the blended mixture in the sauce pan.
  • Stir well, switch off once start to boil
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
