Morning Drink Amla, Moringa and ginger

Ingredients (For 5 servings)

  • 5-6 medium size Amla
  • 5-6 tsp of Moringa powder
  • 4-5 inch ginger
  • 4-5 Dates
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • Water as required

Directions:

  • Soak Amla, ginger and dates in warm water
  • Roughly Chop everything
  • Add to blender, add water if required
  • Add Moringa powder and salt
  • Add to silicon tray
  • Refrigerate the tray and use for up to one week
  • Use cubes daily to prepare the drink
  • Add 2-3 cubes to a glass with lukewarm water

    Consume in Morning 30 min before breakfast
