Detox Breakfast Bowl

Start you day with this Healthy Detox Breakfast Bowl packed with nutrients and refreshing Flavours. Made with Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple with a twist of Amla. A tasty and nutrient-packed dish! This unique combination is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Sweet and Tangy combo, making it both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
• 1 medium sweet potato (steamed)
• 1 medium apple
• 1 carrot
• 1 small piece of jaggery
• 1 small piece of ginger
• 1 amla
• 1 cinnamon stick
• A pinch of pink salt, Paprika (to taste)

Instructions:
1. Peel the steamed sweet potato and chop it.
2. Chop Carrot and apple (remove core)
Add the chopped apple and carrot to a pan.
3. Grate ginger and jaggery into the pan, add a little water.
4. Add a cinnamon stick
Cover and cook on low heat until the apple and carrot are tender.
5. Grate the amla and mix it with the steamed sweet potato.
6. Add the sweet potato-amla mixture to the pan. Switch off the heat, over and let it sit for few minutes
7. Season with salt and paprika and mix well.
8. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves for garnish and serve warm.
