INGREDIENTS
Amla/ Indian gooseberries

Beetroot
1
Carrot
1
Dates
2
Ginger (Optional)
Small piece.
Pink salt
Pinch.
Water
As required.
DIRECTIONS
Peel and roughly chop amla, beetroot, and carrots.
In a pan, add some water and roughly chopped beetroot and carrots.
Steam them on medium heat slightly for 1:30-2 minutes.
Switch off heat and add amla, de-seeded dates, and ginger.
In a blender, add some water, steamed contents.
Blend well.
And your healthy and refreshing “ABCD Morning Juice” is ready to be consumed.
