Beetroot Sattu energy bars

This recipe is a boon in itself as:
1. It keeps the body cool.
2. It aids weight loss.
3. It enhances energy.
4. It improves appetite and bowel movement.

Ingredients:

Sunflower seeds-2tbsp

Sesame seeds-2tbsp

Chiaseeds-1 tbsp

Poppy seeds-1tbsp

Ghee- 2 tbsp

Grated Beetroot- 1 cup

Desi khand or Jaggery powder- ¼ cup

Sattu powder- 1.5cup

Peanut butter- 1/4th cup

Method:

  • In a pan Dry roast all the seeds and keep it aside
  • Heat 2 tbsp Desi ghee and add Grated beetroot and roast it
  • Add Desi khand or jaggery powder stir until it melts
  • Now add sattu flour stir and mix well
  • Add roasted seeds and peanut butter mix and combine well
  • Set in mould or make small bites with hands
  • Set it in fridge min 6hrs.

And The Healthy and nutritious easy to make Sattu Energy bars are ready to consume.

You can store in fridge for a week and consume. Enjoy as snack or ready to eat breakfast bars.
