Buckwheat Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked buckwheat
- 1/2 cup Fresh curd
- 3 Dates
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1.5 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- Water as required
Directions :
- In a blending jar combine curd, cooked Buckwheat, dates, peanut butter
- Banana, Cocoa Powder and water
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer in a jar, glass
- Garnish with roasted peanut
- Enjoy for breakfast or anytime of the day
- Very filling & super delicious
