Buckwheat Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup Fresh curd
  • 3 Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1.5 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Water as required

Directions :

  • In a blending jar combine curd, cooked Buckwheat, dates, peanut butter
  • Banana, Cocoa Powder and water
  • Blend until smooth
  • Transfer in a jar, glass
  • Garnish with roasted peanut
  • Enjoy for breakfast or anytime of the day
  • Very filling & super delicious
