Ingredients
- 1-2 medium-sized carrots
- 1 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2-3 Soft Dates
- 1/2 tsp cardamom, nutmeg, cardamom powder
- 2 Tbsp Nutty Makhana mix ( for creaminess)
Instructions:
- Peel & chop carrot
- Lightly steam the carrots until soft, then let them cool.
- Pour milk in a sauce pan & heat it
- Blend the cooked carrots with some milk, dates, spice powder, and nutty Makhana mix until smooth
- Once the milk in sauce pan is boiled, reduce heat & add carrot mix
- Heat gently for few minutes
- Transfer in a glass, Serve warm
- Best to consume during Morning hours
