Carrot milk:

Sip on something sweet and healthy! This creamy Carrot Milk is the perfect winter drink – naturally sweet, packed with nutrients, and oh-so-comforting. Boost your immunity while satisfying your cravings the wholesome way!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2-3 Soft Dates
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom, nutmeg, cardamom powder
  • 2 Tbsp Nutty Makhana mix ( for creaminess)

    Instructions:
  • Peel & chop carrot
  • Lightly steam the carrots until soft, then let them cool.
  • Pour milk in a sauce pan & heat it
  • Blend the cooked carrots with some milk, dates, spice powder, and nutty Makhana mix until smooth
  • Once the milk in sauce pan is boiled, reduce heat & add carrot mix
  • Heat gently for few minutes
  • Transfer in a glass, Serve warm
  • Best to consume during Morning hours
