Choco overnight oats

When someone asks me for an easy, healthy breakfast idea, overnight oats is the first thing I suggest. It’s perfect for busy mornings, as you can make it ahead of time and take them on the go. It’s also satisfying enough to keep you full till lunch, made with simple ingredients like oats, chia seeds, and any liquid base. But best of all, it’s tasty and fun.
Sharing today my favourite overnight oats recipe. Chocolate Overnight Oats. Its Sugar free, high protein, fibre Rich and loaded with multiple other beneficial Nutrients, plus they taste amazing.

Ingredients:

  • rolled oats- 3tbsp
  • chia seed- 1tbsp
  • sunflower seeds- 2tsp
  • Raisins handful
  • 99% dark chocolate- 10g
  • Milk (plant or dairy)- 250ml
  • Seedless dates- 3
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Almond butter- 2tsp

Directions:

  • In a glass jar combine rolled oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, Raisins and 99% dark chocolate.
  • In a blender add milk (plant or dairy) seedless dates cocoa powder and almond butter and blend it.
  • You can substitute Milk with water also.
  • Now add the milk mixture into raw ingredients and mix well.
  • Keep it in fridge overnight.
  • Then take out the jar in the morning.
  • Add some topping of choice (seeds, berries, dark chocolate pieces etc) don’t go overboard.
  • And that’s it your delicious healthy weight loss friendly choco overnight oats is ready in no time. Enjoy.
