Chocolate Sattu Smoothie

Looking for a Quick, hassle free & Healthy Breakfast option. I am sharing today one of my favourite High Protein chocolate Sattu Smoothie Recipes. Sattu is nothing but roasted chana flour. Which you can prepare by grinding roasted chana or simply get it prepared from market. Today’s recipes are high protein as well as loaded with the goodness of whole ingredients, nutrients and lots of health benefits. This No sugar High protein Yummy chocolaty drink will boosts up you morning with energy and plenty of nutrients jam-packed in a glass, and energizes you for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • Channa sattu: 1/3 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 1.5 Tbsp
  • Dark chocolate: 30gm
  • Frozen banana: 1
  • Dates: 2-3
  • Milk Dairy or plant: 250ml
  • Almond butter: ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp

Directions:

  • Break/ chop Dark chocolate into small pieces
  • In a blender Start adding milk, sattu powder, cocoa powder, Almond butter, Dark chocolate, seedless dates, frozen banana, cinnamon and black pepper powder.
  • Blend for 1-2 min on high speed until smooth
  • And your delicious healthy high protein sattu chocolate banana smoothie is ready to enjoy!!
  • Serve with some ice cube.
  • Don’t store in fridge.
  • Enjoy your wholesome delicious appetizer breakfast smoothie.
