INGREDIENTS
1. | Roasted Chana | 1 cup |
2. | Roasted Almonds | 1/3 cup |
3. | Pure Wild Honey | ¼ cup |
4. | Cold Pressed Coconut Oil/ Desi Ghee | 30 ml |
DIRECTIONS
- Take a mixer, add roasted chana and grind it well.
- Then add honey and cold-pressed coconut oil to it.
- Again take the mixer and grind the roasted almonds.
- Now mix all the ingredients and grind them all together.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and give them the shape of a ladoo with help of your hands.
- And your delicious “Chana Laddoos” are ready!
Note: If you prefer to use desi ghee, make sure to heat it and add it just before binding, as this will increase the shelf life.
