This “Chana Ladoo” recipe is a delight to your mouth along with being a power booster and nutrient package. It is made up of a combination of chana, almonds, honey, and coconut oil. All of the listed ingredients are highly nutritious and most importantly available very easily.

INGREDIENTS

1.Roasted Chana1 cup
2.Roasted Almonds1/3 cup
3.Pure Wild Honey¼ cup
4.Cold Pressed Coconut Oil/ Desi Ghee30 ml

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a mixer, add roasted chana and grind it well.
  2. Then add honey and cold-pressed coconut oil to it.
  3. Again take the mixer and grind the roasted almonds.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients and grind them all together.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a plate.
  6. Divide the mixture into small portions and give them the shape of a ladoo with help of your hands.
  7. And your delicious “Chana Laddoos” are ready!

Note: If you prefer to use desi ghee, make sure to heat it and add it just before binding, as this will increase the shelf life.
