Healthy High Protein Tiramisu

Healthy High Protein Tiramisu Inspired Recipe with no Eggs, No cream or Refined Sugar. You can enjoy it for Breakfast or as Snack. Tiramisu is an Italian layered Dessert made With Pastry, Biscuits, Cream, coffee, eggs, sugar and cocoa. In today’s recipe I have given this recipe a healthy twist to make it nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Soaked Oats
  • 80g Low Fat Paneer / Silken Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 2-3 tsp Desi Khand or Dates
  • Water as required

Directions :

  • Take 2 Whole Wheat Bread slices ( Sourdough)
  • Cutout Circles from bread slices
  • In a blending Jar add soaked Quick Oats
  • Add half of paneer and Peanut butter
  • Add desi Khand and coffee powder
  • In a shallow bowl add 1 tsp coffee powder, mix in warm water
  • Blend the mixture until smooth
  • Soak one bread slice into the coffee water mixture nicely
  • Place the bread slice in the bottom of a jar or bowl
  • Add 3/4 of the blended mixture on top of the bread slice
  • Add rest of the Panner in blender with cocoa powder
  • Add little water if required for blending
  • ( if your blender is not moving smoothly)
  • Soak another bread slice in coffee water mixture
  • Place it in the jar to make a layer
  • Cover this with blended cocoa mix
  • Keep in fridge to chill & set for minimum 4 hours
  • Take out dust some cocoa, coffee & chocolate powder
    Enjoy for breakfast as snack or dessert
