Delicious Healthy and High Protein Vegan Pudding Made with Chocolate, Oats and Naturally Sweetened with Dates & Banana this creamy, comforting, and easy dessert is low calorie and completely Guilt free.

This version of Oat Pudding makes enough for one for breakfast, or enough for 2 for a very light snack or dessert.

Ingredients:
- Soaked Oats 2 Tbsp
- Banana 1 frozen
- Peanut / Almond butter 1 Tbsp
- Instant coffee 1 tsp
- Soft Dates 3-4
- Vegan Protein Powder 1/2 Scoop ( Optional)
- Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp
- Dark Chocolate 25g ( 99%)
Directions
- In a blender add all ingredients except cocoa & Chocolate
- Blend for 1-2 min until smooth
- Add Water to adjust consistency
- Transfer half the mixture into a jar
- Add cocoa powder & blend again
- Transfer rest of the mixture on to the jar
- Top it up with dark chocolate chunks
- Set in fridge for minimum 4-6 hours
- Once set, sprinkle some desi Khand on top
- Enjoy your low calorie Guilt Free Dessert or Snack
