Ingredients
- Slices of wholegrain bread
- Sprouts : 1 cup
- Quick Oats : 1 cup
- Besan / Chickpeas flour : 1 cup
- Cumin seeds powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp
- Freshly chopped coriander : 1 cup
- Chopped green chilles : 1
- Crushed Clove Garlic : 2
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Instructions
- Grind the oats to make oats flour
- Take the sprouts and grind them with little water to make a thick paste
- Now, in a large bowl, add all the ingredients except bread slices and make a mixture
- Cut the bread slices into four
- Heat a tava / pan and grease it with some oil
- Dip the bread slices into the mixture
- Place the bread slices on the hot tava
- Cook the bread slice on medium to low heat
- Cook them till they turn golden brown from both the sides
