Ingredients:

  • Jaggery / Gur 3/4 Cup
  • Peanut Butter 3/4 Cup (100% Natural) Crunchy
  • (peanut butter should be at room temperature)
  • Roasted Peanuts 2 -3 Tbsp

Directions:

  • Roughly Crush roasted peanut in mortar and pastel
  • But don’t powder it, peanut should retain structure
  • Transfer jaggery into a pan
  • Cook jaggery on low heat until it’s completely melted
  • (you can add 1 tsp of ghee to make the process easier, but it’s optional)
  • Once jaggery is melted switch off the heat
  • Add peanut butter in the pan
  • Mix until well combined
  • Take a tray or silicon milk like these
  • Add crushed peanut into the cavities first
  • Not pour peanut butter jaggery mixture on top
  • (you must do the process slightly quickly)
  • Now level it up with a spoon and press
  • Press it to make sure roasted peanut gets nicely stick into the fudge
  • Set peanut fudge in fridge or at room temperature until set completely
  • Once set, remove from the mould
  • Enjoy as anytime winter snack
  • You can store these at room temperature/ fridge for 2 weeks
  • Decadent treat with fudgy texture and crunch
