4100% Natural Peanut Butter1 tsp.

6Low fat curd1/2 cup
7Water1/2 cup
8Vegan Protein Powder (OPTIONAL)1 scoop

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak the oats for 3-4 hours or overnight for nice and creamy texture.
  2. Take a blender jar, and add all the ingredients except curd.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Churn the curd with some water with a hand churner.
    • Note: Avoid using mechanical/electrical blenders as blending on high speed will reduce the good bacteria in the curd.
  5. Add blended curd into a bowl or jar.
  6. Transfer the blended smoothie into the jar.
  7. Top it off with some homemade granola.
  8. Blend the curd with smoothie and enjoy!
