Healthy Sattu Apple Ladoo Bites or Ladoos. Fibre & Protein Rich Snacks which are super delicious and nutritious. Ready to Eat & Storable Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 2 large or 4 Small Apples
  • 1.5 Cup Sattu Flour
  • 3-4 Tbsp Desi Khand
  • Handful of nuts or seeds
  • Raisins Handful
  • Cardamom or cinnamon for flavour
  • Peanut or almond butter 1 Tbsp

    Directions:
  • Remove the Apple Peel or skin
  • Chop Apples into small pieces
  • In a blender add chopped apples chunks with little water
  • You can do this in batches
  • Transfer apple purée into a pan
  • Place the pan on heat
  • Add Desi Khand in apple purée
  • You can use dates paste
  • Cook on low heat until moisture from apple purée is completely absorbed
  • Your homemade apple sauce is ready
  • Add Sattu or roasted chana flour into pan
  • Prepare sattu flour by grinding roasted chana at home
  • Mix well until nicely combined
  • Add roasted nuts or seeds mix and raisins
  • Remove from heat, Add peanut butter in the mixture
  • Combine well using hands
  • Set mixture in mould, try or make small bites with hands
  • Store in airtight containers for upto 7-10 Days in fridge
  • Enjoy for snack dessert or on the go Breakfast
