Healthy Soothing Relaxing Bedtime Drink

What is more calming than sitting in my most comfortable cozy chair and sipping a herbal tea made from ingredients known for relaxing properties. Today I am sharing a bedtime tea recipe for September Weight Loss Challenge Just 1 Cup At Bedtime of this Night Tea will help you in Weight Loss, Sound Sleep, Digestion & Hormonal Balance. Made with 3 powerful but calming ingredients Camomile, fennel seeds & Mint. Apart from tasting great, chamomile p, fennel and mint are well known for their relaxing properties, as well as its ability to boost your immune system and aid in digestion. These things can do wonders for one’s mental health. Even just the act of drinking a cup of tea – taking a break from the stresses of life and relaxing.

Ingredients for Bedtime Tea :

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Camomile Flower
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2-3 small sprigs of mint ( dried 1/4 tsp)
  • Lemon juice ( Optional)
  • 1 Cup Water

Direction to make the Tea:

  • Add fennel seeds to water
  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Simmer for 1-2 minutes
  • Switch off the heat
  • Add 1/2 tsp Dried camomile flower & mint
  • Cover & let it steep for 2-3 minutes
  • Strain and consume when still warm
  • You can have it in your intermittent fasting window 
Drink 30-40 min post dinner or 40 min before Bedtime
  • You can replace it with your Evening Tea.
