Ingredients

Black tea/ Green tea1 tsp./ 2 tsp.
Rock saltSome
Lemon juice1 Lemon

Water1.2 cups

Directions

  • First, boil water and then add black/ green tea.
  • Stir and boil well, and cover it with a lid to let the ingredients infuse.
  • Strain the tea, and let it cool completely.
  • Once cooled, add lemon juice to it.
  • In a blender, add orange, dates, ice cubes, and rock salt.
  • Blend it nicely.
  • In a glass jar, add ice cubes, blended juice and green/ black tea.
  • Garnish it with mint leaves and enjoy fresh.
