5 minute Chocolate Brownie

No Eggs, No Milk, No Sugar & No Flour

Tasty Easy to make Vegan Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder ( unsweetened)
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3-4 Soft Dates ( Jaggery/ Khand)
  • Dark Chocolate ( 70%) optional
  • Walnuts 2-3
  • Water 1 Tbsp or as required


Directions:

  • Chop some Dark Chocolate Combine banana, cocoa Powder, peanut butter & Dates into a blender, add little water, blend until smooth, Chop walnuts for topping
  • Transfer blended mixture into a microwave safe tray / bowl
  • Add topping & tap to level evenly and Microwave for 2:30 minutes, Remove from the microwave & wait for 2 min
  • Your Healthy hassle free Brownie is Ready
