High Protein Breakfast Smoothie

Hello Everyone, Do you Enjoy eating Phool Makhana just like me !! Then you will simply love this creamy High Protein Sugar free Healthy Phool makhana Date & banana Breakfast Smoothie. It is loaded with nutrients and very filling. It is a super healthy because is packed with protein, fibre & Healthy Fat from milk & seeds. If you are fasting during Navratri this can be your perfect easy to make instant breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

  • Phool Makhana 3/4 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp
  • Mixed seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Soft Dates 3
  • Cow milk / Plant Milk 300ml
  • Basil / Chia seeds 1.5 Tsp
  • Banana ( frozen)
  • Whey protein 1 scoop ( Optional)
  • Ice or plan Water as required

Directions:

  • In a large jar combine Makhana, cocoa powder, seeds, dates and whey protein in milk
  • Mix well to make sure it’s nicely combined
  • Soak basil seeds in water
  • Cut & Peel banana in large pieces and keep in freezer
  • Store Makhana mixture and basil seeds in fridge

    NEXT MORNING
  • Transfer Makhana mixture into a blending jar
  • Add frozen banana and ice (for creamy texture)
  • In a serving jar or cup add soaked basil bottom
  • Transfer the smoothie on top
