HIGH PROTEIN DAHI POHA

Today I will be sharing one of my personal favorite lunch / breakfast recipes. Made with Simple summer ingredients, it’s very quick and easy to make. This meal require No or minimal cooking hence suitable to all the busy people & those who are new to cooking. This is my version of famous Dahi Poha, which is high in protein and fiber.

This 10 Minute meal is great for your gut Health. It’s Rich in many macro and micro nutrients like quality protein, fiber, vitamin B12, iron, calcium and so on.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Poha:1/2 cup
  • Boiled channa: ½ cup
  • Mixed steamed veggies: 1.5 cup
  • Roasted peanuts : for crunch
  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Salt and spices: according to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  • Rinse poha and keep it aside for 10 mins
  • Transfer rinse poha into a bowl then add boiled channa, mixed steamed veggies and add roasted peanuts for crunch.
  • Add curd into another bowl and then add some spices and salt mix well without any lumps add water if required.
  • Add curd mixture into poha bowl mix well

 With this your dahi poha which is great for your gut health is ready to consume.

You can easily prepare in no time and kids will also enjoy this delicious creamy dahi poha.
