INGREDIENTS
Curd
3/4 cup
Granola/Muesli
3/4 cup
Mango
3/4 cup
Soft date

DIRECTIONS
Start with transferring the fresh curd into the bowl.
Whisk the curd to get a smoother texture.
In a blender jar, add mango and de-seeded dates.
Blend it well.
Now add a tbsp of curd to it, and blend again.
Transfer the blended mixture to the curd bowl.
Churn the mixture with the help of a manual churner.
For assembling, take a jar, add a layer of granola/muesli at the bottom.
Now add the churned mixture, and then again spread a layer of granola.
Repeat the same process in layers.
Top it off with some chopped mangoes, and you are good to go!
