Ingredients (For 5 servings)
- 5-6 medium size Amla
- 5-6 tsp of Moringa powder
- 4-5 inch ginger
- 4-5 Dates
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- Water as required
Directions:
- Soak Amla, ginger and dates in warm water
- Roughly Chop everything
- Add to blender, add water if required
- Add Moringa powder and salt
- Add to silicon tray
- Refrigerate the tray and use for up to one week
- Use cubes daily to prepare the drink
