  • Carrot 1 Medium
  • Beetroot 1 Medium
  • Coconut Milk Diluted (30% thick Milk, 70% Water)
  • Dates 2 (Seeds Removed)
  • Five Spices (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Cloves & dry ginger)

Directions:

  • Chop 1 Medium Size Carrot & Beetroot
  • Lightly Steam them with some water
  • Once slightly cool blend it with diluted coconut milk
  • Add dates for sweetness and Five spice mix
  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, black pepper & ginger
  • Blend until smooth
