Morning Juice Recipes For Weight Loss

Here are some recipes for morning juices which are extremely beneficial for weight loss. These nutritious detox drinks are made of moringa, carrots, beetroot and many other wholesome ingredients. These drinks don’t only taste well but are also loaded with plant based compounds. These drinks make you stay energetic and help you shed those extra kilos.

Detox juice

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pear
  • 1-2 dates
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup plain water (coconut water)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop carrots and roughly chop pear as well
  • Combine the chopped carrot, pear and dates into a blender
  • Add little water first and then blend
  • Now add more water with cinnamon powder and pink salt
  • Blend again until well combined and smooth
  • Consume it fresh in the morning

Moringa juice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp lemon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Few curry leaves

Instructions

  • Add everything to a blender with little water and blend
  • Add more water and blend again
  • Add honey
  • Drink it empty stomach

Green detox smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pear / apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3/4 cups of fresh moringa leaves
  • 1.5 tsp moringa powder
  • Pinch of rock salt

Instructions

  • Extract the leaves from the sprigs, remove small twigs
  • Wash them properly
  • Combine all ingredients to the blender
  • Consume the juice immediately

Apple beetroot and carrot juice

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon juice / apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of Ceylon
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of black salt
  • 1 tsp wild honey
  • 1 glass plain / coconut water
  • Small piece of ginger

Instructions

  • Add little water at the bottom of a blender
  • Add all the ingredients in the blender
  • Add rest of the water on top
  • Now blend at high speed, until it’s smooth in texture

Ash gourd juice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 raw ash gourd
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch salt to taste
  • Mint powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Cut ash gourd into half
  • Peel or remove skin and seeds carefully
  • Cut ash gourd into small pieces
  • Add the pieces into blender with little water
  • Blend it into a smooth puree
  • Add rest of the water and blend again
  • Strain through a thick sieve
  • Consume the juices after adding all the other ingredients

Multivitamin juice

Ingredients

  • Fresh pulp of 1 sweet lime
  • 2 lightly steamed carrots
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • 1.5 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, add chopped steamed carrots, pomegranate seeds, fresh lime pulp, pink salt, roasted cumin powder, water and blend well
  • In as serving glass, add a layer of soaked chia seeds at the bottom
  • Pour the juice over it
  • Your multivitamin juice is now ready
