Namkeen oats cupcakes is a complete package of what we term as a balanced diet. How?
It is jam-packed with the goodness of all the macro and micronutrients altogether. And on top of it, it can be easily prepared in less than 10 minutes in least amount of ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
Quick oats | 4 tbsp. |
Yogurt/Curd | 4 tbsp. |
Mix veggies | 3 tbsp. |
Peanut Butter | 1 tsp. |
Nuts | Some |
Black pepper | As per taste. |
Salt | As per taste. |
Turmeric | As per taste. |
Raisins | Some |
Cumin Powder | As per taste. |
ENO | 1/2 tsp. |
Other Seasonings | As per choice and taste. |
DIRECTIONS
- In a grinder or mixer, add quick oats and all the seasonings and spices as per taste.
- Transfer the grinded mixture to the bowl, and to it add yogurt/curd.
- Mix well in order to avoid any lump formation.
- Now add chopped mix veggies and some peanut butter to it.
- Mix it nicely, and now add chopped nuts of your choice to the bowl.
- Add water to the bowl in order to make the batter of adequate consistency.
- Once the batter is ready, transfer it to a cup, and top it off with some more nuts.
- Microwave it for one and a half minutes.
- And your “Namkeen Oats Cupcake” is ready!
