2.Small Steamed Carrots2
3.Chia Seeds1.5 tsp.
4.Curd/Plain Yoghurt3 tbsp.
5.Jaggery Powder1.5 tsp.

7.Desiccated CoconutSome

Note:

  1. You can use raw carrots as well.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender or mixer jar, add chopped mangoes. Carrots, curd or yogurt, jaggery powder, and chia seeds.
  2. Add some water to it and blend well.
  3. In a serving bowl, add a bottom layer of homemade granola.

  5. Now transfer the blended mixture over the layer of granola.
  6.  And top it up with some more granola, chia seeds, and desiccated coconut. You can even grate dry coconut if desiccated coconut is not available.
