INGREDIENTS
Quick oats
3 tbsp.
Fresh curd/ Yogurt
3/4 cup
Cocoa powder
2 tsp.
Raisins
1 tsp.
Homemade granola
1.5 tbsp.
Chocolate protein powder (Optional)
1 tsp.
Dried coconut (Optional)
Some
Vanilla extract (Optional)
Few drops
Choco chips
2 tsp.
Desi khand/ Jaggery
1.5 tsp.
Phool makhana

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, choco chips, and half the amount of total curd.
Mix everything well.
Now add half desi khand into the mixture bowl and half of it to the remaining curd.
Now add raisins, and makhana into the curd, and mix.
In a jar, add the bottom layer of granola.
Top it off with chocolate mixture and then the curd mixture.
Again, garnish it with some more homemade granola, choco chips, and desiccated coconut.
