Sattu smoothie

Hello Everyone,I have brought you up another very refreshing and rejuvenating “Healthy instant Summer Morning Drink” loaded with the goodness of freshness, nutrients, probiotics and lots of health benefits. This is my Sattu High Protein Breakfast Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss.
Protein is a major and most important macronutrient which plays a major role in your diet and contributes towards healthy body. This High protein drink boosts up you morning with energy and plenty of nutrients jam-packed in a glass, and energizes you for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • Sattu or Roasted Chana Flour 1/4 Cup
  • Curd or Yogurt 1/2 Cup
  • Soft dates 2-3
  • Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp
  • Frozen berries 1 Cup
    ( Or Banana, mangoes, chikku)
  • Water as Required
  • Whey protein 1 Scoop (Optional)

Directions:

  • Start by adding Curd into a blender
  • Add sattu flour / Jau sattu
  • Add whey protein ( optional)
  • Add dates and peanut butter
  • Add frozen berries
  • Add some cold water or ice
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth
    Have from the blending jar or Transfer into a mug
