  • No caffeine 5 hours before bed time
  • No office work 4 hours before bed time
  • No food 3 hours before bed time
  • No gadget or device 2 hours before bed time
  • Start mind, body and space cleanup 1 hour before bed time

Improve NEAT by increasing step count

  • Improving the non exercise activity thermogenesis is imperative for sustained weight loss
  • Weight loss is contingent on 70 % healthy and balanced diet, 15 % exercise and 15 % NEAT
  • Try to complete 10,000 steps daily

Ten minute daily HIIT workout routine

  • Include the following in your HIIT workout
  • 2 minutes jumping jacks
  • 2 minutes spot jumping or jog
