This “Summer Fit Shake” is enriched with the goodness of foods with cooling properties best suited for summers. It is very instantly prepared and is extremely nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients
Basil seeds (Soaked) | 1 tsp. |
Soaked almonds | 6 |
Green cardamom | 2 |
Gulkand | 2 tsp. |
Soaked quick oats | 2 tbsp. |
Plant milk/ Dairy milk | 150 ml |
Ice cubes (Optional) | Some |
Directions
- Grind green cardamom in a pestle mortar.
- Take a blender and add all the up listed ingredients.
- Add soaked almonds, quick oats, basil seeds, crushed green cardamom, Gulkand, dairy milk, and some ice cubes.
- Blend it nicely.
- Add more milk if required or else serve fresh and enjoy.
