You’re about to experience the most enjoyable easy and simple Green Detox Smoothie to help heal your body from the inside out. This Green Detox Smoothie is something that you could drink for breakfast to gain momentum and a fresh new direction when it comes to your health.
Detoxification is a process that our body naturally does to rid our system of toxins. The detoxification happens mainly in our liver and our digestive system, and typically works pretty well on its own. So when I use the term “detox”, it means the recipe uses ingredients that naturally support your body’s detoxification system. And uses ingredients that are supporting both your liver and your digestive system.
Ingredients:
- Matcha powder: 1.5tsp
- Milk plat/ dairy: 300ml
- Sattu powder: ¼ cup
- Soaked gondh katira: 1tsp
- Honey/ Dates: 2tsp/3
- Ice cubes(optional)
Directions:
- Matcha tea: Take 1.5tsp powder and add some water mix both well without any lumps.
- In a blending jar add milk, sattu powder, soaked gondh katira, honey or dates and ice cubes
- Blend everything well
- If you don’t have matcha you can add wheat grass, barley grass or moringa powder.
- Transfer the blended smoothie to a glass with ice cubes and mix the matcha tea and give it a stir until all blends together
- That’s it you healthy full of anti-oxidants green smoothie is ready to serve.
