Vegan Ice Cream High Protein and Low Fat

Ingredients:

  • Silken/ soft tofu: 150gm
  • Coconut milk: 1-2 tsp max
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2tbsp
  • Raw sugar: 1tbsp

Directions:

  • In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well
  • Transfer into a bowl
  • Freeze for 30-40 mins
  • You can garnish it with homemade chocolate sauce.
