Ingredients
- Small piece of ginger

- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add water to a pan and place it on heat
- In a mortar and pestle, add dalchini, mulathi, clove and ginger and crush it roughly
- Add the crushed mixture to the water
- Once the water starts to boil, add cinnamonand jaggery to the boiling water
- Simmer the mixture for less than one minute
- Switch off the heat and cover the pan to let it infuse
- Strain and consume this tea warm
- You can consume this tea post meal once to twice post lunch and dinner
